Watch This | PLA Hong Kong Garrison holds flag-raising ceremonies
On July 1, the People's Liberation Army (PLA) Hong Kong Garrison held flag-raising ceremonies to celebrate the 103rd anniversary of the founding of the Chinese Communist Party and the 27th anniversary of HK's return to the motherland.
At around 7 am, flag-raising ceremonies were held at various garrison barracks, including Central, Stanley, Shek Kong, and San Wai.
Flag-raising ceremonies have conveyed the best wishes of Hong Kong people to the motherland and the city, as well as their commitment to upholding the "one country, two systems" principle and maintaining HK's long-term prosperity and stability.
