Photos | Sha Tin Dragon Boat Race draws plenty of spectators

Today (June 10) is the annual Dragon Boat Festival. The Sha Tin Dragon Boat Race 2024 was held at Shing Mun River at 10 am.

Mr. Cou, captain of the Hong Kong Dragon Boat team of the Bank of China, said that the team gathered colleagues from Hong Kong and mainland, and everyone began training in February, training three times a week.

According to Mr. Cou, even if the race is over today, they will not give up training, "but also to fight the National Day dragon boat race in October." The team achieved a good third place in the first race today and thus qualified for the finals.
