Manchester City cruised to its fourth consecutive English Premier League title, and sixth in seven years, with a characteristically dominant 3-1 win over West Ham on Sunday.
City entered the EPL's final day two points ahead of Arsenal, knowing that a victory would yield yet another trophy.
The 3-1 final-day victory courtesy of goals from Phil Foden (2) and Rodrigo sealed the City's latest success.
"If I land here tomorrow and you say I will win six Premier Leagues in seven years, I would say 'are you crazy? It's impossible'," said coach Guardiola after the match, "We have done something unbelievable."
