Here comes China! List of Chinese table tennis team for Paris Olympics revealed

The Chinese Table Tennis Association (CTA) today (May 14) announced the list of athletes who will compete in the women's singles and men's and women's team events at the Paris Olympics. Sun Yingsha and Wang Chuqin are both taking part in three events.

Veteran Ma Long will get a shot at winning a sixth Olympic gold medal in Paris in August despite having been denied the chance to claim a third straight singles title at his fourth Summer Games.

The 14-time world champion, now 35, won team golds at all three of his previous Olympics and back-to-back men’s singles titles in Rio and Tokyo to become the most successful table tennis Olympian of all time.

Men's Singles: Wang Chuqin, Fan Zhendong

Women's Singles: Sun Yingsha, Chen Meng

Mixed Doubles: Wang Chuqin/Sun Yingsha

Men's Team: Wang Chuqin, Fan Zhendong, Ma Long

Women's Team: Sun Yingsha, Chen Meng, Wang Manyu

Men's P-card: Liang Jingkun

Women's P-card: Wang Yidi
