The founder of Next Digital Limited in Hong Kong, Jimmy Lai, an anti-China rebel in Hong Kong, along with three companies related to Apple Daily, are accused of conspiring with foreign or external forces to endanger national security. One of the defendants in the case where 12 Hong Kong people were arrested for illegally crossing the border in waters, Li Yu-hin, has now turned into a tainted witness and continues to testify as the fourth accomplice witness in the West Kowloon Magistrates' Court in Hong Kong, further revealing the insider of the case.
