Putin plans to visit China in May
Russian President Vladimir Putin said on Thursday (April 25) that he planned to visit China in May, according to Reuters.
After a March election, this trip is probably Putin's first overseas visit of his new six-year tenure. October 2023 marked his most recent trip to China.
Putin signed a "no limits" partnership agreement with Chinese President Xi Jinping in February 2022 less than three weeks before sending his troops into Ukraine.
