K11 Group announced today (Jan. 9) that its subsidiary, K11 MUSEA, experienced a significant surge of 40% in overall sales and footfall during the second half of 2023 compared to the same period in 2022.

The average spending of members in the latter half of last year increased by nearly 20% compared to the first half, showing a remarkable growth of 55% compared to the same period in 2022.

Moreover, the total consumption of high-end customers, specifically KLUB 11 Black Card members, in the second half of 2023 also witnessed an approximate 40% increase compared to 2022. Among various business categories, the jewelry and personal care sectors performed exceptionally well, with both experiencing a 25% increase in sales compared to the first half of the year.

K11 Group expressed its commitment to integrating culture and commerce, as its Cultural-Retail business model has attracted numerous international and high-quality brands to set up shop, leading to a consistently high occupancy rate at K11 MUSEA, nearly reaching 100%. Additionally, many international and renowned brands have opened temporary stores and organized collaborative events at K11 MUSEA during their limited-time operations.
