Meizhou is a prefecture-level city in eastern Guangdong province, China.

Meizhou is a famous road trip destination in Guangdong, a national historical and cultural city, and a national great tourism city, despite not being as well-known as Guangzhou's capital. Beyond that, it is known as the "capital of Hakka," since millions of Hakka people live there, whose ancestors are thought to have migrated from central China to the south centuries ago.

Meishe Village is situated in the Guangdong Province in south China in Sishui Township, Pingyuan County, Meizhou City.

The public has no prior knowledge of Meishe Village prior to the restoration and redevelopment effort. Meishe community has changed dramatically while still preserving the unique characteristics of the old community and utilizing its natural resources.

An example of agritourism that has grown steadily is rural tourism, which is a result of more tourists seeking peace and quiet. The large terraced fields, ancient homes, narrow lanes, and beautiful natural surroundings highlight the people' tranquil and healthful way of life. Many years later, it's more aptly recognized as the "Longevity Village."

You might be able to participate in the Harvest Festival and experience the joyous and festive atmosphere if you go in the fall.

Take the train to Meizhou West Railway Station and road trip is recommended to get to the destination.
