The Hong Kong Observatory announced that Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal no. 8 would be issued at 12:40 pm, Oct. 8. Citybus special service arrangements are as follows:
All daytime routes of Citybus are currently operating normally. Except for Routes B3X, B5, B7 (direct trip between Fanling Station and Heung Yuen Wai Port) and S1, providing limited level of services, all daytime routes of Citybus will gradually suspend service from 2:40 pm.
