China becomes world's top car exporter after overtaking Japan

BBC reported that China has overtaken Japan as the world's top car exporter in the first three months of the year.
General Administration of Customs of China release data shows, China exported 1.07m vehicles in the first period, up 58% compared year on year.
Japan has exported 954,185 this year, which is edging up 6% compared to last year.
Last year, China overtook Germany to become the world's second-largest car exporter.
The shift away from fossil fuels has contributed to the growth of China's motor industry.
