A derailment occurred on the Light Rail this morning (March 9) at about 6 o'clock near the Tin Shui Stop of Light Rail Transit (LRT), which affected the railroad service.
MTR said that the auxiliary wheel of a tow truck derailed during non-traveling hours this morning.
After about 6:40 a.m., train service resumed.
During the incident, LRT lines 705, 706, 751 and 761P had to be rerouted, and free shuttle buses were arranged to pick up passengers.
