On March 11, 2021, the Fourth Session of the 13th National People's Congress (NPC) voted on and passed the Resolution on the 14th Five Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development, which explicitly states the country's support to build HK as an international innovation and technology hub. Two years on, with this year's "two sessions" drawing near, what progress has been made in HK's I&T industry? What are HK's advantages in the international arena?
