
In the murder case of Abby Choi, two men, the former father-in-law and the ex-husband's brother of the deceased, have been charged with one count of murder, while the former mother-in-law of Abby Choi was also charged with one count of perverting the course of justice.
Alex Kwong, the 28-year-old ex-husband of Abby Choi, along with his father and brother, was also charged yesterday with one count of murder, and the four were arraigned in Kowloon City Magistrates Court today (Feb. 27).
According to the police yesterday (Feb. 26), three men aged 28 to 65 were provisionally charged with one count of murder and the 63-year-old woman was charged with one count of perverting the course of justice.
Police previously arrested the four men and woman on Feb. 24 and Feb. 25 in connection with a murder case in Tai Po in which a 28-year-old woman was killed.
In addition, the police arrested a 47-year-old woman suspected of assisting criminals in Tsim Sha Tsui yesterday afternoon. She is suspected of being involved in the case and is currently being detained for investigation.
