President Xi Jingping has put forward “four proposals” for the SAR Governments to follow, which include further improving governance and earnestly addressing people’s concerns and difficulties in daily life.
In order to effectively execute the “four proposals,” legislator Ms. Eunice Yung believes that the HKSAR Government should strive to achieve the modernization of its governance. On that, Ms Yung moved a member’s motion in the legislative council to debate about the said issue.
