The Electoral Affairs Commission (EAC) and the headquarters of the Registration and Electoral Office (REO) (including its enquiry counter) have been relocated to the new offices on 8/F, Treasury Building, 3 Tonkin Street West, Cheung Sha Wan, Kowloon today (February 13). The REO's offices (including its enquiry counter) on 10/F, Harbour Centre, 25 Harbour Road, Wan Chai have ceased operation.
The enquiry and fax numbers, email addresses and service hours of the new offices remain unchanged. The service hours are from Mondays to Fridays from 8.45am to 12.30pm and 1.30pm to 6pm and are closed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. Owing to the relocation of the REO, the two offices for inspection of registers of electors/voters/members of the Election Committee by specified persons (i.e. validly nominated candidates of relevant elections, bodies/organisations which meet the specified requirements and members of the press who are subscribers of the Government News and Media Information System) have been updated as follows -
Registration and Electoral Office: 8/F, Treasury Building, 3 Tonkin Street West, Cheung Sha Wan, Kowloon; and
Registration and Electoral Office: 13/F, Kowloonbay International Trade and Exhibition Centre, 1 Trademart Drive, Kowloon Bay, Kowloon.
The arrangements for reservation by phone and application for the inspection of the aforesaid registers remain unchanged.
