China's gross domestic product (GDP) hit 121.0207 trillion yuan (about 17.95 trillion U.S. dollars) as it posted a 3-percent year-on-year expansion in 2022, data from the National Bureau of Statistics showed Tuesday (Jan. 17).
The country's value-added industrial output, an important economic indicator, went up 3.6 percent year on year in 2022.
Fixed-asset investment went up 5.1 percent in 2022.
