A spokesperson for the Leisure and Cultural Services Department today (December 15) announced that the URBTIX outlet at the Hong Kong Arts Centre will be open from 10 am to 3.30 pm on Winter Solstice Day (December 22) while the venue's self-service ticketing kiosk will operate as usual.
The opening hours of all other URBTIX outlets and kiosks will remain normal. Tickets can also be purchased via the website www.urbtix.hk and the mobile ticketing app URBTIX (Android and iPhone/iPad versions) throughout the day and through the telephone booking hotline 3166 1288 from 10 am to 8 pm. The ticketing enquiries and customer service hotline 3166 1100 will operate as usual from 10 am to 8 pm.
