YOSHI (佐々木嘉純), a 19-year-old Japanese singer and actor, died after being taken to the hospital in a car accident while riding a motorcycle at midnight on Nov. 5.
According to Japanese media reports, the accident occurred after midnight on the 5th. YOSHI riding a motorcycle through the intersection of Kawasaki City, Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan, Tama-ku, collided with a truck. After the accident, YOSHI was taken to the hospital for injuries and was pronounced dead at 2:17 a.m. on the same day.
The report pointed out that YOSHI was born on February 26, 2003. When he was 13 years old, he was appreciated by Virgil Abloh, a well-known fashion designer, making him become famous overnight.
YOSHI was born in Hiroshima Prefecture and made his debut as a singer in 2019. His father is a Hong Kong native and works as a home furnishing designer. YOSHI is influenced by his family and has been fluent in English since he was a child, and with his musical talent, he has been selected by many record companies at a young age.
He recently participated in the TV program "YOSHIKI SUPERSTAR PROJECT" and was chosen as one of the winners by YOSHIKI, the X-JAPAN team leader. The news of YOSHI's death has shocked the netizens and music fans, who all feel sorrowful.
