The HA will suspend the evening clinic session of Lady Trench General Out-Patient Clinic starting tomorrow (September 5) to focus manpower and resources on further enhancing Designated Clinic and teleconsultation services for supporting patients confirmed with COVID-19 infection in the community. Details of the service adjustment of the clinic concerned and the service adjustment of other General Out-Patient Clinics announced earlier are in Annex.
The spokesman appeals to the understanding of the community that the HA is sparing no effort in fighting the epidemic and must adjust the service according to the development of the epidemic. The HA will continue to monitor the situation and service demand closely. If the epidemic continues to deteriorate, the HA will need to curtail services further to mobilize more manpower to fight the epidemic.
