Mass Transit Railway (MTR) announced that the frequency of all Airport Express trains will resume from 15 to 30 minutes' intervals to 15 minutes' intervals next Monday (August 1).
MTR said the frequency adjustment was made in light of the government's recent suspension of individual flight suspensions and the resumption of major events at AsiaWorld-Expo.
MTR said it will continue to monitor the operating conditions of the railroad lines and the travel needs of passengers, and make appropriate service arrangements according to the actual situation.
In April last year, MTR reduced the number of Airport Express trains in response to the epidemic and adjusted the frequency to every 30 minutes during non-peak hours on weekdays.
