Spanning 5,000 years of Chinese civilization, the Hong Kong Palace Museum, which covers 25 categories of collections including paintings, bronzes, ceramics, gold and silver, enamels, jade and seals, and 18% of national treasures, was officially opened on July 3. In this street interview, Daniel Szuc, an Australian host who has been living in HK for many years, visited the Museum and interviewed those who came to see the exhibits.
When people arrive at the Museum, they will feel the openness of the escalator from the ground level to the entrance platform, and appreciate the avant-garde design of the buildings, which combine different styles.
During the visit, some people were dressed in traditional Chinese costumes with great expectation, some people lingered after the visit with their families and friends, and some foreigners marveled at the profundity of Chinese culture in front of the exhibits.
What surprises did the Museum bring to the public? Will the Museum become a new tourist spot? Watch the video now for more details.
