Groups organize 'Celebrating Handover with Colourful Dragon' in Yuen Long

Wilson Shum Ho-kit, Chairman of Yuen Long District Council, Ho Sui Ting, Vice-Chairman of the NT Green Garden Limited, and Lui Kin, Honorary President, officiated at the lighting ceremony.

To celebrate the 25th anniversary of Hong Kong's handover to the Motherland, the New Territories Association of Societies, the NT Green Garden Limited and the Yuen Long Handover Celebration Organizing Committee launched a series of activities entitled "Celebrating Handover with Colourful Dragon".

From June 25 to July 2, an 8-meter by 8-meter dragon will be displayed at the Yoho Mall in Yuen Long for the public to take photos and feel the good fortune of the new chapter.

At 6 pm last Saturday (June 25), the NT Green Garden Limited officially unveiled the "Lucky Dragon" and wished Hong Kong a prosperous reunification with the motherland, and that all businesses would flourish.
