Andy Lau appointed as Head of Corporate Services with effect from Sept 5: HA

The Hospital Authority (HA) spokesperson announced today (June 23) that Andy Lau will be appointed as the Head of Corporate Services with effect from September 5, succeeding Margaret Cheung upon her retirement.

Lau is currently the Chief Manager (Boards & General) at the Head Office. Prior to joining the HA in 2014, he was the Assistant Secretary General of the Legislative Council Secretariat, providing executive and secretariat support to the Legislative Council. In his current position, Lau supports the HA Board to discharge its role in leading and managing the HA, as well as plans and implements strategic initiatives to enhance and promote good corporate governance in the HA.
