
The Leisure and Cultural Services Department (LCSD) announced today (June 16) that its holiday camp, the Lei Yue Mun Park (the Park), will reopen for holiday campers from June 29. Members of the public can use the Leisure Link service (including counter bookings, Internet booking services and self-service kiosks) to reserve camp places from tomorrow (June 17). The barbecue areas, hard surfaces and grass pitches, and the horse riding school in the holiday camps will temporarily close. Users are required to scan the "LeaveHomeSafe" QR code before being allowed to enter the above facilities for necessary contact tracing if a confirmed case is found. Body temperature screenings will be undertaken for all people before entering the above facilities. Those with symptoms such as fever or respiratory illness will not be allowed to enter the above facilities. All persons entering must comply with the requirement of the Vaccine Pass.
In addition, members of the public must wear masks at all times within the above facilities except when consuming a drink where reasonably necessary, exercising, consuming food/drinks at the table in catering premises, having a shower or being in a guest room.
The number of people in group gatherings should not be more than that stipulated by the law. The quota of camp places will be adjusted and only bedrooms accommodating three to five people will be provided in residential camps.
