President of the University of Hong Kong Zhang Xiang sent a mass email on Wednesday (Feb. 16) to the institution's students and staff, saying that in order to improve the vaccination rate in HK, the University will open a community vaccination center in Loke Yew Hall.
The center will provide 2,000 doses of vaccines every day and will be managed according to the highest vaccination standards, Zhang said.
