A number of schools in Hong Kong have been affected by the epidemic, and all schools in HK have suspended face-to-face teaching until Feb. 21. The Yuen Yuen Institute No. 3 Secondary School (YY3) in Tseung Kwan O today (Dec. 28) issued a letter to parents, saying that as of 8 p.m. last night, the school had 10 confirmed cases, including nine students and one staff member.
The school emphasizes that students and staff are requested not to return to school before the end of the Lunar New Year holiday. The school reminds parents to pay attention to students' health conditions and notify the school and the Department of Health if they have any symptoms.
