JoyYou Card is an On-Loan Personalised Octopus designed for Hong Kong residents aged 60 or above. JoyYou Card holders can travel on designated public transport modes and services at a concessionary fare of $2 per trip under the Government Public Transport Fare Concession Scheme for the Elderly and Eligible Persons with Disabilities ($2 Scheme) starting from 27 February 2022.
Eligible applicants must be Hong Kong Smart Identity Card holders who are aged between 60 and 64 or will reach the age of 60 within 3 months from the date of application.
First-time applicants who have reached the age of 60 shall submit their applications by phases according to the timetable as follows:
To assist eligible persons aged 60 to 64 to submit their applications or supplementary information as soon as possible, from January 3, 2022, Octopus Cards Limited will set up the following 4 temporary JoyYou Card Application Service Centres:

The service hours will be 9 am to 8 pm from Monday to Friday and 9 am to 1 pm on Saturday, closed on Sunday & public holidays.
（* In view of the announcement made by the Home Affairs Department that all community halls and community centers will be temporarily closed for 14 days from January 7 to 20, the temporary JoyYou Card Application Service Centre located at Hin Keng Neighbourhood Community Centre will also be closed from January 7 to 20.）
Eligible persons aged 60 to 64 yet to apply for the JoyYou Card are reminded to submit their applications via the Octopus App before January 31, 2022; otherwise, they will not be able to receive the JoyYou Card before February 27, 2022, to enjoy the concessionary fare as scheduled.
