The government announced today (Nov. 9) that the Financial Secretary Incorporated has reappointed Rex Auyeung as the Chairman of the board of directors of the Mass Transit Railway Corporation for two and a half years.
The reappointment was made in accordance with the Articles of Association of the MTRC and the Government being the majority shareholder.
Auyeung's reappointment will start from January 1, 2022 to June 30, 2024.
He first took up the post on July 1, 2019.
