
Hong Kong is expecting temperatures to drop next week to a low of 17 degrees Celsius (62.6 degrees Fahrenheit) on Monday (Nov. 8).
A cold front will move across the coast of southern China from tonight (Nov.7) to tomorrow morning. Under the influence of the associated intense northeast monsoon, it will become cool appreciably and windy with a few rain patches over the region.
Affected by a dry continental airstream, the weather is expected to be generally fine over southern China in the middle and latter parts of this week. It will be cool in the morning and at night. The temperature difference will be relatively large between day and night.
