According to the League of Legends' official news, yesterday night (Nov. 6), two top teams from China and South Korea, Edward Gaming (EDG) and Damwon KIA Gaming (DK), competed in the League of Legends S11 Global Finals.
After a fierce battle, EDG defeated DK and won the Summoner's Cup in the League of Legends World Championship 2021 with a score of 3-2. CCTV tweeted congratulations on Weibo in the early hours of this morning, and the number of likes exceeded 3.85 million.
In addition, EDG's mid-lane player, Scout, received the MVP award for the Worlds final series.
The League of Legends Wrld Champions is the most prestigious and well-known of all LOL tournaments. This is also the third time China's LPL region has won the championship after IG and FPX won the title.
According to public information, EDward Gaming (EDG) is a Chinese e-sports club, established on Sept. 13, 2013.
