21SilkRd group relocates to VK after being disabled by Facebook

The 21SilkRd group has been disabled by Facebook. The decision has been appealed and is under review.

The pro-China group says on Sunday (April 11) that Facebook has been removing posts in the group that allegedly violate their Community Standards. The latest cited is a type unseen before -- "Dangerous Individuals and Organizations".

"The real reason for the ban likely has little to do with any of FB's superficial excuses (language, Nazis, hate speech, whatever). It's that 21SilkRd is China-sympathetic AND effective -- in terms of attention grabbing, quality & diversity of posters, and audience engagement," it writes.

The group says that the move coincides with an escalation of the US Empire's multidimensional persecution of China and the Chinese.

The group is building a new platform on VK, the Russia-based competitor to FB.
