Watch This | HK influencer Basa criticizes 'Super Funeral Town': HK is shopping heaven, not the real heaven

The Hong Kong government reportedly plans to build a large cemetery complex dubbed the "Super Funeral Town" in Sandy Ridge close to Shenzhen, in South China's Guangdong Province, to which many citizens have called for further consideration. This funerary project is expected to provide 200,000 ashes stalls for HK residents upon completion, but the site is less than 300 meters from the Luohu District of Shenzhen across a small river.

According to an online poll conducted by DotDotNews, 98.6% of respondents believe that the site is inappropriate, and nearly 60% surveyed believe that the original site should be changed into a science and technology center. The majority of respondents believe that the site is "located at the junction of Shenzhen and HK, hindering the integrated development of the Greater Bay Area."

HK influencer Basa also posted a video, criticizing the site selection of "Super Funeral Town." He points out, "HK is the shopping heaven, not the real heaven." Watch the video to hear his brilliant remarks on the project.
