Ta Kung Pao listed in the 'Asia's Top 500 Brands'

The Brand Asia Conference, organized by World Brand Lab, was held in Shanghai yesterday (Sept. 22).

At the conference, Asia's Top 500 Brands list for 2020 has been released. This is the 15th time that the World Brand Lab has evaluated the impact of Asian brands, and Ta Kung Pao has been selected.

The "Top 500 Asian Brands" ranking is based on the brand's influence in Asia, which is defined as the brand's ability to open up markets, dominate markets, and earn profits.

The World Brand Lab evaluates Asian brands' influence based on the basic indicators of Market Share, Brand Loyalty, and Asian Leadership.

A total of 500 brands from 21 countries and regions have been included in the list, with Toyota Motor, National Grid, and Tencent ranking among the top three.

Yuan Haodong, CEO of World Manager Group and a member of the World Brand Lab Expert Group, says, "As the longest-running Chinese newspaper, Ta Kung Pao has a strong brand bonding and extensive brand awareness. We believe that with the broadening of its new media platform, Ta Kung Pao will have a lot of room for growth."
