If a traveler tests negative via PCR screening on the third day of hotel quarantine, he or she will be allowed to leave their designated hotel at 9 am the next morning and start their four-day medical surveillance at home.

During the four days of self-isolation, they will be allowed to leave their home or hotels, but not to enter places that require "Leave Home Safe" app verification, such as restaurants and bars. They are also banned from entering high-risk places such as elderly homes, schools, homes for disabled persons and designated medical venues, as well as from joining any mask-off activities.
