The Hong Kong Flower Show 2025 is currently taking place at Victoria Park, showcasing the winning entries from the Leisure and Cultural Services Department (LCSD)'s Western and Oriental Style Garden Plot Competitions, along with stunning floral arrangements and horticultural displays.

Competition Winners

Oriental Style Garden Plot Competition:

Champion: Tsuen Wan District - "A Jiangnan Residence"
Environmental Award: Kwai Tsing District - "The Blissful Valley"
Most Creative Award: Eastern District - "The Cherished Days of Hong Kong"

Western Style Garden Plot Competition:

Champion: Yuen Long District - "The Happy Cottage"
Environmental Award: Wan Chai District - "Joyful Wanderlust"
Most Creative Award: Islands District - "Treasure Hunt Adventure"

Garden Plot Highlights

Tsuen Wan District's "A Jiangnan Residence": Incorporates natural elements like rockeries and water features, featuring a stone bridge and sculptures, creating a harmonious landscape filled with vibrant flowers and trees.
Kwai Tsing's "The Blissful Valley": Inspired by northern Thai gardens, this plot uses recyclable materials, including a meditation platform made from fallen trees, merging nature with daily life.
Eastern District's "The Cherished Days of Hong Kong": Reflects the nostalgia of past resettlement estates, complete with small shops and playgrounds, decorated with colorful cosmos to tell Hong Kong's stories.
Yuen Long District's "The Happy Cottage": A garden themed around dwarves, featuring fragrant spring flowers and a lively atmosphere with a winding path and flowing water.
Wan Chai District's "Joyful Wanderlust": Captures the joy of outings with family and friends, featuring a flower-adorned caravan surrounded by lush greenery.
Islands District's "Treasure Hunt Adventure": Showcases tropical flowers and plants, creating a Caribbean vibe, complete with a treasure trove and a landscape made from recycled materials.
