On September 14, the Foreign Affairs Committee of the US Senate officially passed the "Taiwan Policy Act", which, together with the "US-Taiwan Initiative on 21st Century Trade" launched in June, formed a "boxing combinations" and "encirclement" to contain China.
However, in the long run, what appears to be generous US aid is a form of manipulation. Because of the disparity in power between the US and Taiwan, its so-called "foreign policy to Taiwan" can never be fair. What consequences await if Taiwan accepts all of these "proposals"?
