HK scraps quarantine for international arrivals
The mandatory hotel quarantine for international arrivals has been scrapped in Hong Kong.
Starting today (Sept. 26), incoming travelers will only be required to go through a three-day home medical surveillance under a new "0+3" scheme, with their movement limited citywide during the three-day period.
